  • Offenses towards races, cultures or Lgbtq

  • Something that could lead to prison, like... Pedophilia and zoophilia

  • Anything related to nft or ai

Extra Fees

  • For a character creation will be +$20

  • If i need to work with only descprictions or without ref images +$10

  • props or animals will be +$10 depending on complexity

  • More complicated background will be +$15 or more depending on the complexity

Work progress

  1. Will be send a rough sketch with watermark

  2. The sketch will be cleaned and the client will pay half of the value of the commission (Revisions if needed with the client, after that will be just allowed to revision colors)

  3. The art will be colored and finished(all the phases will be showed to the client). It will be sended the png to the client email

Will be removed the watermark once the client pay the full value

DeadLines

  • Commissions are expected to be completed within a month at max.

  • Please notify in advance if you need a certain deadline, and I will let you know if I can work with those conditions or not

Refunds

You have the right to refund under this circumstances:

  • if i not finished until the deadline that i gave or you nedded

  • If I am unable to finish the commission due to physical or mental health reasons.

Disclaimer

  • I reserve the rights over the final artwork (meaning: I can post them online to my galleries and use for publicity).

  • I reserve the right to decline service

  • You may not resell the final artwork to third parties.

  • You may not use the final artwork to create NFTs, or feed AI image generators.

  • Para criação de personagem será +R$20

  • Se eu precisar trabalhar apenas com descrições ou sem imagens de referência +R$10

  • adereços ou animais custarão +R$10 dependendo da complexidade

  • Planos de fundo mais complicados custarão +R$15 ou mais dependendo da complexidade

O Processo da Arte

  1. Será enviado um esboço com marca d'água

  2. O esboço será limpo e o cliente pagará metade do valor da comissão (Revisões se necessário com o cliente, após isso só será permitida a revisão de cores)

  3. A arte será colorida e finalizada (todas as fases serão mostradas ao cliente). Será enviado o png para o email do cliente

Vai ser removido a marca d'água só quando o cliente pagar por completo

Prazo

  • Espera-se que as comissões sejam concluídas dentro de um mês, no máximo.

  • Por favor avise com antecedência se precisar de um determinado prazo, e eu avisarei se posso trabalhar com essas condições ou não.

Reembolso

Você tem o direito de reembolso nestas circunstâncias:

  • se eu não terminei até o prazo que dei ou você precisou

  • Se eu não conseguir terminar a comissão por motivos de saúde física ou mental.

Informações

  • Eu tenho direitos sobre a arte final (ou seja: posso publicá-la on-line em minhas galerias e usá-la para publicidade).

  • Eu tenho o direito de recusar o serviço

  • Você não poderá revender a arte final a terceiros.

  • Você não pode usar a arte final para criar NFTs ou alimentar geradores de imagens de IA.
